When you submit your profile on the careers page, we collect your name, email, area of interest, a link to your work and the message you write about yourself.

We use this information to assess whether your needs match BMD3’s work and to respond within the stated timeframe. Career profiles help us consider suitable opportunities. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
For up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools. To display pages, it loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from content delivery services (cdnjs and unpkg). Videos embedded in articles come from YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. These services receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver their files.
